All items are shipped via Australia Post from 4212 in QLD Australia. Actual Postage costs may vary and packaging and handling fees may be included at SodaBaby's discretion.

International Shipping

Depending upon the size of the parcel, delivery can take anywhere between 2 and 10 business days from the date of postage. Please allow longer during busy times such as Christmas/ Easter and End of financial year.

Shipping fees for regular parcels starts at $4.40.

If your items is required urgently, please let me know what date it is required for.

Australia Post guarantees that items sent via Express Post will be delivered the next business day to metropolitan areas. Please email me to check if your post code is in a "Guaranteed overnight" area.

Express Shipping starts at a cost of $7.70 for most parcels with a cost of $10.90 for larger parcels.

Policies

All sales are calculated in AUD$.

We offer a replacement or refund for items returned in new condition within 7 days of purchase (excluding shipping costs). We will exchange sizes or colours for returns within 14 days if items are returned in unused condition.
